ARE YOU ALIVE?

THE GOD IS NOT THE GOD OF DEAD BUT OF LIVING (Matthew 22:32)
Who died for us, that whether we WAKE or SLEEP, we should LIVE together with Him (1Thess 5:10)

What’s SLEEP and AWAKE?
Jesus said, “Our friend Lazarus SLEEPS, but I go that I may make AWAKE him up.” However Jesus spoke of his death. (John 11:11, 13) Paul said, “But I do not want you to be ignorant, brethren, concerning those who have fallen ASLEEP, lest you sorrow as who have no hope.” (1 Thessalonians 4:13) Jesus said to Daniel, “You go your way till the end; for you shall REST, and will ARISE to your inheritance at the end of the days.” (Daniel 12:13) And many of those who SLEEP in the dust of the earth shall AWAKE. (Daniel 12:2) Do not marvel at this; for the hour is coming in which all who are in the graves will hear His voice and come forth—those who have done good to the resurrection of life and those who have done evil to the resurrection of condemnation. (John 5:28-29) It means physical death is not the end of life.

Then what is Death? 

Paul said, “For as in Adam all die.....................................” (1 Corinthians 15:22)
 When man die the dust returns to the ground it came from; and the Spirit returns to God who gave it. (Ecclesiastes 12:7)  The death is the return form of creation.Then we must first understand the creation of man.The Lord God formed the man from the dust of the ground and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life, and the man became a living being. (Genesis 2:7) Is  the breath of life means Oxygen?

What did God warned about death to Adam?
Lord God commanded the man, “You shall not steal.” (Exodus 20:15) Saying, “Of every tree of the garden you may freely eat; but of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil you shall not eat, for in the day that you eat of it you shall surely die.” (Genesis 2:16-17)

 
When Adam died?
You can say, “After 930 years from his creation.”(Gen 5:5) Then what does this mean, "for in the day that you eat of it you shall surely die." Did Adam ate the forbidden fruit in the age of  930 years?  or  Did God said to Adam, "930 years later will you die after eating forbidden fruit? dear friend Adam was still alive after eating forbidden fruit and according to Jesus his death was just Sleep. (John 11:11) `That means after 930 years he went to his bed to Sleep and till now he is taking rest in his grave bed. Even after eating the forbidden fruit, Adam breathed 9 30 years and lived. Here, God is not talking about the  physical life and death but talking about the Eternal life and Death. .That means Oxygen cannot be the breath of eternal life. Paul said, "But you are not in flesh but in the Spirit if indeed the Spirit of God dwells in you. Now if anyone does not have the Spirit of Christ, he is (Dead) not His. (Roman 8:9) God said, “But your iniquities have separated you from your God; and your sins have hidden His face from you.” (Isaiah 59:2) “For the wages of sin is death.” (Roman 6:23) “The soul who sins shall die.” (Ezekiel 18:20)

What happened in the Eden garden? 
When Adam trespassed against God, sin entered in his life and separated him from the Spirit of God and very same moments he died but not physically, Spiritually. How this deadly disease entered in his life and cause of his death? It is written, “Whoever commits sin commits lawlessness and sin is lawlessness.”(1 John 3:4)  Paul said, “Therefore, just as through one man sin entered in the world, and death through sin, and thus death spread to all men, because all sinned. (Romans 5:12, 3:23) And You were dead in trespasses and sin.” (Ephesians 2:1) The death is absence of the Spirit of God: whenever someone breaks the law of God, he separates from Spirit of Christ and without His Spirit no one can live. It is written, “And he who does not believe the Son shall not see life.” (John 3:36) Jesus said, “I am the life. (John 14:6) Most assuredly, I say to you, he who believes in Me has everlasting life. (John 6:47) “Abide in Me and I in you. (John 15: 4) If anyone does not abide in Me shall die.” (John 15: 6)  Christ here Himself declared that He is the Breath of Life.. Abiding in Christ is breathing for Life, separation from Christ is Death.  It’s the sins that stops our breathing? Paul said, "you were dead in trespasses and sins. (Ephesians 2:1)  

But the good news is…. 
Even so in Christ all shall be made alive. (1 Corinthians 15:22)
Jesus said, “I am the resurrection and the life. He who believe in Me, though he may die, he shall live. And whoever lives and believes in me shall never die.”(John 11:25-26) Paul said, “But God who is rich mercy, because of His great love with He loved us even when we were dead in trespasses, made us alive together with Christ by grace you have been saved. (Eph 2:4-5) For you are all sons of God through faith in Jesus Christ. (Galatians 3:26) Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; old things have passed away; behold all things have become new.” (2Cor 5:17)

So the dead make alive when they confess their sins (1John 1:9) 

Peter said, "Repent, and let every one of you be baptized in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins; and you shall receive the gift of Holy Spirit.(The breath of Life) (Acts 2:37) And we are His witnesses to these things and so also is the Holy Spirit (The breath of Life) whom God has given to those who obey Him. (Acts 5:32) Jesus said, "Most assuredly I say to you unless one is born of water and the Spirit he cannot enter the kingdom of God." (John 3:5)

How do we avoid this disease?
Jesus said, “If you want to enter into life, keep the commandments.” (Matthew 19:17) In the day you break of it you shall surely die. 

This is the conclusion: You are alive if you have abided with Christ. (John 15:4) And no other way to abiding Him except keeping His commandments. Jesus said, “If you keep My commandments, you will abide in Me, (John 15:10)
